Now this puts on one sheet all the ads that we've talked about. It starts with the easiest ones, which are the boosted posts. These are the ones that our members ran. As far as difficulty, they're the easiest ones to do. You can boost a post directly from your timeline. You don't have to go into Ads Manager. You need an image, the post itself and optionally a link to take people to, but if you just want to get more engagement on a post you can do that too. It doesn't have to be taking people outside of Facebook.

One of the best things about a boosted post is you can spend as little as a dollar a day on it. You cannot do that with anything else. Everything else requires five dollars a day. Then we have the event ad. This is a little bit more difficult because it involves having an event page. You can create it from one of two places. You can create it from the event page itself or you can do it in Ads Manager.

I did this one in Ads Manager and in this case you need an image, you need the event page and then the ad itself. Then the most complicated were those last two lead ads. Now, I want to clarify something. Facebook calls a lead ad their conversion ads that use a lead form on Facebook. I don't recommend those for a couple of reasons. One is they don't automatically send your leads to your email marketing software.

You have to do that manually, which is a hassle, but also, you tend not to get as much engagement and followup with people you do a Facebook lead ad. They call the ads that we did I think external conversions on a website. So this is a more complex ad because there are more moving pieces to it and you have to create it from Ads Manager. It requires an image, the ad itself, a landing page, which requires separate software to create. You don't do that in Facebook.

You can do that, some websites have landing page software ability built into them. If you have WordPress, Thrive, Themes does, and I have a feeling a lot of the newer Themes do. You can use a tool like LeadPages, Click Funnels or InfusionSoft, but they're complicated and you also need email followup. So this is kind of your one-pager that you can use for a guide in creating your ad.
